The State of Alabama and the Tennessee and Coosa Railroad Company request a right of way over certain sections of public land so as to form a continuous line of communication between the Tennessee and Coosa Rivers. The purpose of which is to connect the Southern Atlantic states with the valley of the Mississippi, at or near Memphis. One page, with petition on front and back, interesting claim. Very good condition.
