Born 16 February 1876 in Stratford-upon-Avon and died 21 July 1962 in Cambridge. He was a British historian and academic. He was a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, from 1898 to 1903 and then spent more than 20 years as a full-time writer. ALS with creases and open tear at bottom left.
